Trust To Meet Higgs Trust Rep

Sky Blue Trust Chair Rachael Brown and another Trust representative are meeting Peter Knatchbull-Hugessen this afternoon to discuss the situation which sees the Sky Blues periously close to either administration or liquidation.

As well being on the Board of the Alan Higgs Trust, Mr Knatchbull-Hugessen is a director of Arena Coventry Limited and commented earlier this week: "I am afraid that some companies go to the wall. "We don't want to see that happen but the charity can't support a gamble, and football is a gamble."

It is hoped that a report from this meeting will be made available later.

Meanwhile, new Acting Chairman Joe Elliott, will address a £45 a head gathering to mark the official opening of the Legends Lounge tonight and will appeal for anyone who can help financially to get in touch.
