Coventry City manager Andy Thorn has confirmed the very welcome news that central defender Ben Turner and striker Clive Platt are both back training.
Turner has Ben out with a knee ligament injury since last November, but during his recuperation he signed an three and a half year contract extension with the Sky Blues which will keep him at The Ricoh until the summer of 2014.
Platt (pictured below) was injured in pre-season training and has yet to make an appearance this season. He has been linked with moves to numerous other clubs, but so far no bids have been received, although there has been media speculation that he was offered in a player plus cash offer for Rotherham's Adam Le Fondre.
