Turner Signs For Two

According to his agent, Ben Turner has signed a two year contract extension with the Sky Blues.

Alex Levack of the London based SEM Group told Sky Sports: "Ben is delighted to pledge his future to Coventry. "Iain Dowie is obviously pleased with Ben and that is a great thing for any young player. "Ben is very happy at Coventry and he is looking to progress over the next couple of seasons."

Birmingham born Turner has progressed through City's Academy and reserves to make his first team debut at Stoke last season. This season has seen him gain Football League experience with Peterborough United and Oldham Athletic.

He will sit out Sunday's trip to Burnley and the first three league matches of next season due to suspension.
