SISU have had to drop two of their four arguments ahead of the Judicial Review in Birmingham, according to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert.
A packed Court 18 at the High Court in Birmingham which included SISU Head honcho Joy Seppala and Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher, heard SISU lawyers claiming that Coventry City Council acted "irationally".
Council lawyers then arguing for 'irrationality' argument to be thrown out before SISU lawyers argued to have extra information submitted.
