If you don't have a ticket for the Jimmy Hill Memorial Service, then you are cordially invited to be in University Square in Coventry on Friday.
The service, due to start at 5.30pm, will now be audio broadcasted in the square next to the cathedral and supporters and Coventrians who did not get a ticket for the service in Coventry Cathedral, are asked to wear Sky Blue.
A statement from the organisers reads as follows: “Fans and Coventrians are encouraged to come along and share in what will undoubtedly be a special atmosphere to pay tribute to Jimmy Hill.
“People are encouraged to wear Sky Blue and to be in University Square early with a high number of Sky Blues’ fans and Coventrians coming along to share in the event and the chance to see many famous familiar Coventry City stars and footballing personalities as they arrive.”
