Coventry City Interim Manager and Otium Director Mark Venus has sid that the focus remains the team.
Despite the continued calls to go from plenty of the City support, Venus will, instead of doing the sensible thing and letting Nicky Eaden take the team until a new manager is appointed, take the team which has lost five games on the trot for tomorrow night's game against Sheffield Wednesday.
Venus told Billie Marshall: “Like I said on Saturday, I come to work everyday with the purpose of helping this football club improve. I joined the club based on one aspect and that was football.
“That is definitively where it is at currently – we are all working hard behind the scenes and are fully focused on the challenge Sheffield United will pose.
“I fully understand the position we are in and the fans’ feelings towards it.
"It’s been a tough time for everybody, and certainly an experience, but the focus still remains on this team.
