Coventry City have confirmed that Otium Director, Dedham Vale Homes Ltd Director and Techical Director Mark Venus will continue as manager.
The club have said that Venus 'will continue to look after first-team affairs on an interim basis until further notice'.
That further notice is understood to mean January.
