Coventry City Interim Manager & Otium Director Mark Venus has said he wants a cup run.
City take on Morecambe in a replay tomorrow night at the Ricoh Arena and speaking about this to Billie Marshall, Venus said: "it’s a competition we want to go as far as we can in. I want to be perfectly clear it’s a competition we want to be a part of and progress in.
“The further in the cup you can go, the more exciting it becomes. The media begin hyping the games, and the fans look forward to a potential fixtures against teams in the higher divisions.
“The boys want to test themselves against the best players in the country, and for that to happen you have to be successful and aim to go on a run in the cup.”
