Mark Venus who will take charge of Coventry City at Port Vale tomorrow has said that the City players owe something to the City supporters as well as the now departed Tony Mowbray and Jamie Clapham.
Venus told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: “It’s only about points now. “We’re ten games in and we need to keep in touch.
“We know where we are and I think all the players have had a reality check and I’d like to think that everyone at the football club owes the supporters first, and the manager and coach who left, owe them something on Saturday and I hope they can give them that.”
