Coventry City CEO Steve Waggott has said that the Sky Blues are working on improving their phone systems.
Writing in his programme notes for the game against Southend, Mr Waggott said: "We're also working on improving our phone systems. A common complaint I got from supporters is that we never pick up the phone but that is mostly down to a lack of a proper queueing system on the phones.
"Hopefully, over the next week, we'll be able to introduce the new system and begin to alleviate some of the problems."
