Adam Walker has said that he would be happy to stay on loan at Nuneaton Town if Coventry City and Nuneaton agreed it.
Coventry City have loaned out the midfielder for him to gain some experience and Walker has done very well in the matches he has played so far for the Southern League club.
Walker who has scored two goals for Nuneaton told the Nuneaton News: “Coming here is a great experience. I’m pleased Chris Coleman let me come here.
“It’s great I’m getting minutes on the pitch. I’d definitely be happy to stay for longer if Coventry wanted me to.
“Playing games is fantastic. I can’t expect to walk into a team of very good players at Coventry.
“I’m training with them every day and I feel I’m improving as a player. The next step is to get experience and that’s what I’m doing.”
The midfielder has been helped at Nuneaton by City Academy Coach Mark Noon who has been a mainstay in the Nuneaton team for some time and he added: “Noony is a great lad. I’ve known him for quite a while now and he’s a good player.
“Having him alongside me is a big bonus. He’s got that experience so he can help me through the games.".
