Walsall manager Dean Smith is expecting a tough game against Coventry City tomorrow (3pm kick off).
Speaking to Brian Halford of the Birmingham Mail, Smith who was in charge of a Walsall side which were beaten 5-1 at the Ricoh Arena earlier this season, said:Things have changed massively since then.
“That game was the one where we bottomed out. We took the lead there and then had some horrible decisions go against us which led to a horrible result. But we bounced back fantastically from that.
“It is not a revenge mission by any means because we just take each game as it comes and just want to put in a performance for our home fans. In the last 11 games we have been really good so hopefully we can take that it to games 12 and 13.
“There will be a great atmosphere and hopefully the snow covers have done their job and protected the pitch.
“Coventry have gone into administration and been docked the ten points which puts them out of the play-offs shout but their off-field situation won’t have any bearing on the game at all. They had a really good result on Friday against Doncaster and it will be a really difficult game for us. They have got a new manager in Steven Pressley and he will have them ready, I’m sure.”
