Wasps Director Of Rugby Dai Young has said Wasps and Coventry City will be able to share the Ricoh Arena.
Wasps, play their first game at the Ricoh Arena which they have a 250 year leash on Sunday, and today trained on the newly laid pitch, but are seemingly quite happy to share the ground with Coventry City, who returned to the Ricoh Arena back in September.
Dai Young told the Coventry Telegraph's Aidan McCartney: “It’s our home but it’s Coventry City’s home as well.
“Certainly with the changing rooms we have our own and Coventry will have their own so they could brand it how they like and we’ll do the same.
“All the discussions with City have been very positive – it’s been done in an understanding and respectful way
“It’s a balancing act – we recognise Sky Blues play here as well and we welcome that – we don’t see that as a negative at all but as a positive.
“They can brand up their days and we will brand up ours – what happens after that is up for discussion.
"It has to be subtle as we've both got to be respectful of each other as it's a home ground for both of us.
"We'll certainly have our own areas that we'll brand up and will be Wasps areas but so will the football club and it's about being respectful of each other.
"There will be certain places where it can be identified as at the end of the day it is our home."
