Coventry City defender Nathan Cameron has said that he feels the whole squad including all the new players is fighting for the same cause.
The Sky Blues dramatically changed their squad over the summer adding the likes of Kevin Kilbane and Stephen Elliott along with loanees including Reece Brown, Callum Ball and David McGoldrick.
Speaking to club journalist Keiran Crowley, Cameron said: “As you can see, the gaffer has brought in a lot of new players and I think they have started to have a positive impact at the club.
“They have bedded in well with the squad, they haven’t disrupted anything and they have given everyone a much-needed lift really.
“With the new and old players here, everyone just wants to fight for the same cause and get us up the table. We want to get into those promotion places so we can get that prize at the end of the season.
“But you have to win your home games and we want to make this place as much as a fortress as we can. We want to start making sure no team comes away from here with three points or even one point.
“The fans expect it, and we need to start doing that.”
