Coventry City defender Peter Ramage has said that the Sky Blues have to deal with the expectation that they should beat Scunthorpe United on Saturday.
The bookies have City as odds on favourites to win and speaking to the Coventry Telegraph, this lunch time at the weekly press conference, Ramage said about the expectation: "Yes, and rightly so because this is a big football club and we expect to go out and get the right result.
"They are a good side who had a good win at the weekend, so they will be coming with confidence. Hopefully we can get an early goal and get the win.
"I think they’ll come and have a go rather than set up defensively.
"It’s difficult to break teams down who have come and parked the bus. Southend were well organised and we found it difficult to break through but the manager has been working hard with us this week on ways to unluck the bolted door.
As a defender, we have to make sure we’re right at the back.
We got caught a couple of times against Southend and Burton and we have to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
