He said: "We have some very good individuals in the team, but we all need to pull together and start producing it on the pitch.
"We find ourselves in a relegation dogfight at the moment so the next few games are very important for us to try and get out of it. They'll be some of the most important games I've played in.
"But we've definitely got enough quality to pull away from the teams at the bottom."
