Coventry City captain Carl Baker has said that the players feel like they owe the City fans something for their excellent support this season.
Baker, who this week described the City support at matches as phenomenal, told club journalist Keiren Crowley at the club's weekly press conference: "We feel like we do owe the fans of course because it is the last home game of the season and you want to end it on a high.
"But I feel like the fans have stuck with the players throughout. They have always got behind them and we have shared plenty of moments this season, and I hope we can give them another to celebrate.
"In the Johnstone Paint Trophy at home against Preston and all the away wins, the fans have had a lot to cheer about this season.
"It is a real shame the way the season has fizzled out after the points deduction but hopefully the home support can get behind us for the last time this season."
