Coventry City midfielder Carl Baker has urged his fellow City players to continue to stick together.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Baker said: "When results aren't going our way, it does get really difficult but the lads have really stuck together recently and we have to keep doing that.
"It is the first time I have ever felt like I am one of the more experienced players in the side and I always try and help out the young lads who might need some guidance.
"When performances aren't what they should be, then it is up to the senior lads to try and pick the team up and lead from the front.
"If the gaffer ever thinks we aren't putting it in on the training pitch then it would get to him as it would us.
"We don't want them to feel like they are struggling to get us where we need to be so the players have really been putting a shift in and working hard.
"When he sees us doing that and fussing over little points in the dressing room after games, he knows we care and are passionate about what we are doing so I'm sure he is happy about that.
"He sees that we are all in this together and are pushing towards the same thing as we want to do right by this football club."
