"That's gone now and we have to concentrate on Plymouth," said Westwood to the CT's Andy Turner.
"I don't know what went wrong. It seems to be the home games at the minute.
"Away from home we look very solid and are doing the dirty work - the hard bit if you like - and then expressing ourselves when we have got the ball, but at home we are rushing it and panicking when it is not working for us.
"So maybe we are forcing it a bit. The crowd is maybe a factor and the fans pay their money to be entertained but I think if we were not that good for 90 minutes and won 1-0 they would take that."
He added: "The boys were embarrassed after Saturday because it definitely wasn't good enough and we need to demand more from ourselves and each other. We have to set better standards.
"We have all had our say and we had a good meeting on Sunday morning.
"I don't want to say what was said because what goes on should stay in the dressing room, but we have had a good week of training and the lads have been flying around and putting tackles in, so it all bodes well but the game tomorrow afternoon is where it matters most.
"Plymouth are above us in the league so why should they come here to frustrate us? "They are probably going to come here with a lot of confidence and rightly so.
"But we need to play our game and make sure we don't force that pass because the crowd are getting on our backs or things aren't going the way we want it to go- if they are catching us on the break and we are looking at sixes and sevens all over the pitch. We need to keep our shape and stay solid and do the hard bit and the rest should follow.
"You don't become a bad player overnight. There is a lot of quality in the squad and there has been a lot said about players coming in and going out but that doesn't concern the lads in the dressing room. "That is down to the gaffer and his staff to do whatever they feel necessary.
"We have just got to give 110 per cent and give our best. It is not all doom and gloom as some people think.
"It is a really tight league and we have got to keep digging in and work hard."
