City take on Queens Park Rangers tomorrow, followed by a home game against Roy Keane's Ipswich Town on New Year's Day and on Monday Janauary 3rd, anaway game at Barnsley and know they must get back to winning ways if they are to maintain their top six positiion.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Lee Carsley said: "The defeat at Cardiff was obviously disappointing but you have to move on. It's a busy period at this time of year so it's important we produce the right reaction in a couple of days.
"We had a couple of good chances and a goal disallowed but on the day it obviously wasn't enough.
"We always knew it was going to be a tough game but now we're back at the Ricoh on Tuesday and it's important we build some momentum with all the home games we have over the next couple of weeks."
