Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that his player must starting winning without Reda Johnson in the team.
City have not won a league match without Johnson in the side and with the defender out for three weeks, Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner at this morning's Press Conference: "When Reda hasn't been in the team results haven't been good enough and the big challenge for my players is to show that they can win a game of football without Reda in the team.
"He has a big influence on the team and the other players have to show they can win games in his absence.
"His physicality has been a big influence but it's up to the others to show they can handle it."
