Coventry City manager Andy Thorn has said he is pleased to have Jordan Clarke back playing again.
The Coventry born defender, who has come through the club's ranks, has turned in some excellent performances since returning from injury and speaking to the CT’s Andy Turner, Thorn said: “I have always rated Clarkey. I’ve always thought he was one of the boys I look at and think, ‘you can be anything son,’ because he understands the game.
“He’s got good feet, takes the ball in well and is a good athlete. He’s got a lot of assets and it was a big blow to lose him to injury in the pre-season but there was nothing we could do about it.
“But he’s got a bit of class about him and I’ve been really pleased with him.
"It was amazing because he had to come in having played one game in six months, and then having to play him at left back, but I have got what we want and what we need on the pitch at the minute.”
