Coventry City midfielder Adam Barton has said that the Sky Blues need to starting winning nasty.
Barton said at this morning's press conference to Alan Poole and James Rodger of the Coventry Telegraph: "We need to remember the basics. Once the whistle blows, we need to forget everything. We need to relax.
"I'm not sure what to expect from Peterborough. They win games. They had a couple of centre-halves sent off the other day, so that may be a positive for ourselves. We need to focus on us, not them.
"It's hard when you concede so early - but it's all about mentality. The young players can't get down - they need to have belief.
"The manager likes to play football but we've had too many individual errors and mistakes. At this moment in time, we need to earn the right to play football. We need to win nasty. If you aren't winning, pretty football is pointless.
"The Ricoh is great - but once the whistle goes, you need to forget the crowd."
