The games come up thick and fast for City with the big game on Saturday against Leicester City at the Arena, trips to Burnley and Scunthorpe, home games against QPR and Norwich, all in the next seventeen days.
Said Coleman to the CT: "I know who the boys are and I think we have got some good players here. "First of all we have got to get them to win as a team, to get them three points and a bit of confidence because they have lost a lot of games recently and we have got to put a stop to that.
"The three points is more important than a good performance at the minute, so we have got to get the guys to believe that they can win a game.
"I have been there as a player myself and if you lose week in, week out, you start to lose a bit of belief.
"And it doesn't matter how good a player you are, as soon as that creeps in it is very difficult to change that around. "Equally, when you start winning, you breed that winning mentality and that's hard to shake off as well, so we have got to get the guys to believe that they can get three points from the next game.
"We need to get some wins under our belt and start climbing the league. There is a real fan base here but we need to produce a winning team and give them something to shout about."
