Coventry City manager Andy Thorn felt that City played well in the second half of Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Birmingham City.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Thorn said: "We played really well in the second half and they gave me everything. There is no doubt we could have nicked it at the end but it was a fair result.
"It is a shame we conceded a poor goal two minutes after we went ahead because I think if that didn't happen the way it did, we would have won.
"In the end, it wasn't to be but it was a cracking game. Took a while to get going but when it did, it was end to end and full of passion.
"We are disappointed we didn't get a winning result from the game but the players gave me everything. There were times when we could have dropped under pressure but they stayed strong and deserve a lot of credit for that performance."
