Coventry City manager Chris Colemanhas demanded a performance and a result from his players against Bristol City at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday.
"There has been a good vibe about this place and a good zip to their play but Saturday afternoon at three o'clock is when we earn our coin," said the City boss to the CT.
"I could probably produce a little bit myself in training now but its Saturday afternoon that counts. That's when you have to produce it and that when you win your games.
"You have to train right with a good work ethic but you have to produce on a Saturday. It is as simple as that.
"If we play really well on Saturday and lose 1-0 we are going to get criticised for losing. If we play poorly and we nick a 1-0, people will be happy we have won.
"That's not Coventry City, that's football, so we have to concentrate on trying to get a result and a performance. We would like to have both and everyone goes home happy."
