Morrison did not have his contract renewed by the Sky Blues and the arm flapping striker, who has scored 151 goals in 413 games, was allowed to leave when his contract expired on June 30th.
Morrison (pictured with Coventry City Ladies FC) has been given the number 30 shirt by the League One club.
