Scunthorpe United boss Brian Laws revealed that his side went back to basics in their first ever win at Coventry City - a 2-1 win at the Ricoh Arena this afternoon.
Speaking to BBC Radio Humberside, Laws said: "We've been working on the shape, and how the wide men were too wide, exposing the midfield so we've gone back to basics again.
"We're getting them to feel proud on the pitch and enjoy the game, it's not rocket science really.
"The players have got to buy into it as well, and sometimes the only way players buy into things is when they see the rewards."
