Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd has said that City must get their act together.
Speaking after the 1-0 defeat to Hull which left some clearly disgruntled City supporters who were over-heard saying they were not going back until he and Ray Ranson/SISU who appointed him had gone or there was new investment in the club, Aidy Boothroyd told Sky Blue Player: "Nobody wants to lose at home but in the first we performed in a way we've not come to expect.
"We've been inconsistent and when your inconsistent you can't play the way we did against Doncaster and then dip in the first half here.
"I was encouraged by the second half, we've had a couple of good chances cleared off the line but it's about results and we've got to get some points on the board.
"It's about us as individuals taking responsibility and accountability because you can't rely on your other team mates to do the work and equally you can't rely on other clubs not to perform.
"We've got to get our act together quickly because the season is coming to a close. It will be here before you know and we have to get ourselves in order.
"We did have a couple of good chances but we have to take them so now we've got to dust ourselves off and prepare for a tough game at Burnley on Tuesday."
