"We have had to pick the lads up because they have been a little bit down," said Coleman to the CT.
"They are human beings and they know when they have under-achieved, which they did on Monday, so we have had to try to get a bit of confidence back into them. It is pointless telling them over and over where they have gone wrong, they know that, so it is up to me and my staff to put the belief back into them.
"Then it is up to them to make sure they get their mind-set right and make sure they are ready for the game.
"We can't get to the play-offs now but what we are trying to tell people is, we can be a good side.
"We didn't show it in the last game over 90 minutes. It might not go all our own way but what we are going to do is work hard and defend from the two strikers.
"I have always said don't judge people when things are going great. I had loads of friends a month ago and my phone is not ringing so much now, but I know how it works and I promise you I will be ready for it on Saturday."
