Coventry City defender Jordan Willis is hoping that he can get through the season without any injuries.
The defender who scored in City's win at Newport County on Saturday, told the Coventry Telegraph: “I’m feeling good and getting fitter every day in training.
“My knee is good, not 100 per cent with little niggles here and there but that’s all part and parcel of coming back from such a big injury.
“But we’re doing everything we can to make sure it’s right and that’s why I didn’t play in Austria, just to keep on top of things, but it’s feeling good now.
“I feel strong mentally, feel I am past all that now and on the other side looking forward to doing well this season and hopefully having a full season where I am injury free.
“I don’t think I have had a season where I haven’t had something that’s kept me out for less than a month so hopefully I can have a campaign where I don’t get injured."
