Coventry City defender Jordan Willis has said the players are getting used to a new system.
Speaking at this lunch-time's press conference, Willis told the Coventry Telegraph: “Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday is a hectic schedule but my fitness is good. I’m getting through it.
“The games come thick and fast and we’re getting through them. It’s not something I think about. I blank it out.”
“We’re getting used to a new formation and system, we’re getting to grips with that and looking to progress further and get some wins.
“I really enjoy the system.
“I have to play as a half full-back and half centre-back, really, which I enjoy. We’re still learning, but having the young lads in the side makes me want to be a leader - even if I’m not a captain. As one of the ones who has played the most games, it’s my job to help the younger players.”
