Callum Wilson has said that he wants to prove that he is no one season wonder at AFC Bournemouth.
Wilson told The Bournemouth Echo: "I want to prove I am not just a one-season wonder, as people could label me. My career has been hampered by injury so it was good to finally get three-quarters of a season under my belt. It is about progressing as a player and I am looking forward to a full season.
"I feel I am only going to get better playing with better players and on better pitches. I feel the manager here will progress me and help me kick on with the team to the next level. He will give me a platform and it will be up to me to take it."
"I know Lewis (Grabban) and Yann Kermorgant had a great partnership here and I am a similar player to Lewis although we have different strengths. But I am not here to fill anybody`s boots and I am my own person. I am here to play, to do well and to try to help the team get into the Premier League."
