Wolverhampton Wanderers will need a victory at Coventry City on Saturday to keep their slim play-off hopes alive after a 3-0 win against Cardiff City tonight.
Goals from Keogh,Ebanks-Blake and Knightly mean that Wolves can still make the play-offs they beat City on Saturday and Plymouth on May 4th.
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy told Sky Sport News: "It will be a tough game at Coventry (a local derby as near as dam it) but if we can win that, then I hope we will be in the mixer on the final day."
Elsewhere on a night where the 1-1 draw between Liverpool and Chelsea took much of the country's attention, Wrexham's 84 year Football League membership ended with a 2-0 defeat at Hereford and former Sky Blue Iysden Christie scored Kidderminster in a 4-1 win against Burton Albion.
