Coventry City's run of not winning their final home game of the season continued with a 1-0 defeat to Leyton Orient.
And so it came to a final home league game of a long season which could have been so different if SISU,ACL, Higgs Trust, and the players who have conceded 33 points from winning positions, had all got their act together.
For City, who have asked their stewards if they would be prepared to work at a City home game played away from the Ricoh with Northampton's Rugby Club now a possible target until SISU can get a ground built, this was merely a case of fulfilling a fixture but for Leyton Orient, they still had an outside chance of making the play-offs and had everything to play for.
Steven Pressley made four changes from the side that had been beaten at Crawley and gave a debut to Danny Philliskirk and brought back Cyrus Christie, Steve Jennings and David Bell.
Amid the SISU Out chants, Jennings and Kevin Lisbie had early chances on a sunny afternoon in front of supporters as far away as Ireland.
In the 14th minute, Jordan Stewart fashioned a chance which O's keeper Jamie Jones did well to get to.
Danny Philliskirk worked well in midfield as did Steve Jennings in a game controlled by a referee more than happy to flash the cards.
By the 40th minute when the sprinklers came on, there had been five cautions.
Christie who was one of those cautioned fired over and a corner followed but two minutes of time to be added on had just been announced when Dean Cox was left free from a Jennings mistake, to fire into the bottom corner of the net.
Jordan Clarke came on for Jordan Stewart at half time and was harshly booked four minutes after coming on when Kevin Lisbie went to ground.
John Fleck fired over from range, Christie, who was presented with the Covsupport News Service Young Player Of The Season award after the game and Moussa made good runs into the box as City took the game to the East Londoners, who are involved in their own row over where to play their home matches.
David Bell was unlucky with a 61st minute shot on the turn, following an earlier effort with a header before Rowlands just missed with a piledriver at the other end.
Two minutes later and Bell hit the side netting at the North Stand with a left footed shot.
Great work from Christie won a 68th minute corner and then saw him fired over in the 69th minute.
As the chants from Singers Corners changed to "F Off Sisu", Danny Philliskirk, who had a good debut, was replaced in the 72nd minute by Cody McDonald.
Five minutes later in this drab affair, Pressley went two up front when Callum Wilson was sent on for Jennings.
Moussa flashed wide but City, in what could be their last ever game at the Ricoh Arena, went down to yet another home defeat.
